1.1. Product design: The CMBT series is developed from the MBT round-bag dust collector structure. Conventional long round filter bags are replaced by slim vertical filter cartridges to create a bag-to-cartridge conversion design.

1.2. Cartridge installation: Slim filter cartridges are installed vertically with side access, allowing convenient cartridge replacement without requiring maintenance access from the top of the collector.

1.3. Space-saving structure: Side-access maintenance reduces the required overhead service space and makes the collector suitable for many indoor industrial installations.

1.4. Filter cartridge sizes: Typical slim cartridge diameters include approximately Ø133 mm, Ø159 mm and Ø162 mm, with lengths from 1000 to 3000 mm depending on the required filtration area and operating conditions.

1.5. Filter cartridge construction: The cartridges are designed with internal support structures suitable for repeated pulse-jet cleaning during normal operation.

1.6. Bag-to-cartridge conversion: Compared with conventional long round filter bags, pleated slim filter cartridges can provide a larger filtration area within a shorter filter element length, helping reduce the required equipment height.

1.7. Vertical cartridge arrangement: The vertical installation helps dust released during pulse cleaning fall toward the hopper and reduces the possibility of dust remaining on the upper surfaces of the filter elements.

1.8. Application advantage: The CMBT design combines the modular structure of an MBT-style baghouse with the compact filtration characteristics of pleated filter cartridges. The final configuration should be selected according to dust concentration, particle characteristics and required airflow.
