PT1001 · Single-Arm Configuration
One filter cartridge and one extraction arm, with a nominal airflow of 1,000 m³/h. The open-door view shows access to the cartridge and internal fan.
Capture welding fumes at the source with a compact mobile extractor. Single- and dual-arm configurations combine adjustable extraction arms, cartridge filtration and pulse-jet cleaning in one unit.

Our main mobile welding fume extractor series combines cartridge filtration, an internal fan and pulse-jet cleaning in a wheeled cabinet. Choose PT1001 for one extraction arm or PT1002 for two.

One filter cartridge and one extraction arm, with a nominal airflow of 1,000 m³/h. The open-door view shows access to the cartridge and internal fan.

Two filter cartridges and two extraction arms, with a nominal airflow of 2,000 m³/h. Both models use the same cabinet design and overall dimensions.
Twin-cartridge layout with an internal centrifugal fan, pulse-jet cleaning components and a dust collection drawer. PT1001 uses one cartridge in the same cabinet design.
Single-cartridge, single-arm configuration. Cabinet dimensions: 1,303 × 650 × 1,310 mm (L × W × H), excluding the extraction arm.

Standard extraction arms are manufactured by 7US, usually in 2 m or 3 m lengths. Customer-specified brands, including Nederman, are also available. The photo shows a 7US extractor fitted with Nederman arms.
Arm construction and hood shape depend on the selected configuration. Confirm the brand, length and hood when ordering.

This separate cabinet design uses one extraction arm and one primary filter cartridge, with a nominal airflow of approximately 1,000 m³/h. Choose PT-1H with a HEPA secondary filter or PT-1C with an activated carbon secondary filter, according to the application.

A single extraction arm captures welding fumes at the source. The cabinet includes a primary cartridge filter and a separate upper compartment for secondary filtration.

The same cabinet can be fitted with different arm and hood designs. Choose a standard 2 m or 3 m arm, or specify the required arm brand and configuration.
The exploded view shows the primary cartridge, pulse-jet cleaning components, dust drawer and upper secondary-filter compartment. A HEPA filter is illustrated; activated carbon is an alternative for this compartment.
Reference drawing for the HEPA configuration: one Ø352 × 660 mm cartridge and one 610 × 300 × 292 mm HEPA filter. Dimensions shown apply to this illustrated configuration.

An economical option for local welding fume extraction, with an externally mounted fan and a choice of one or two extraction arms. Both configurations use one filter cartridge and manually activated compressed-air cleaning.

One extraction arm and one filter cartridge in a mobile cabinet with an external fan. Position the hood close to the welding point for source capture.

Two extraction arms share one filter cartridge and an external fan. The dual-arm arrangement provides two capture positions in the same economical cabinet configuration.

PT1001 / PT1002
Choose PT1001 with one arm and one cartridge, or PT1002 with two arms and two cartridges. This shared cabinet design combines an integrated fan with pulse-jet cartridge cleaning.
Compare PT1001 and PT1002 →PT-1H / PT-1C
Choose PT-1H for an additional HEPA particulate filter, or PT-1C for activated carbon adsorption suited to the target gas or odor. Both use one extraction arm and one primary cartridge.

They share the same cabinet design. PT1001 has one extraction arm, one filter cartridge, a 1.1 kW motor and nominal airflow of 1,000 m³/h. PT1002 has two extraction arms, two filter cartridges, a 2.2 kW motor and nominal airflow of 2,000 m³/h.
No. PT1002 has two filter cartridges. The economy dual-arm configuration has one filter cartridge shared by two extraction arms. Select the unit by its complete configuration, rather than the number of extraction arms alone.
Yes. In this separate cabinet design, the upper compartment accepts either a HEPA filter (PT-1H) or an activated carbon filter (PT-1C). These are alternative configurations. Carbon selection depends on the gaseous contaminants to be treated.
The operator opens the compressed-air supply valve. The built-in air-blowing device then releases air to remove dust from the filter cartridge surface. A handheld air gun is not required. This configuration has no air reservoir or automatic pulse-jet cleaning system.
Yes. Typical arm lengths are 2 m and 3 m. Choose a 7US extraction arm or request a specified brand, such as Nederman. Confirm the extraction arm length, hood design and final configuration with your quotation.
