Manual bag dumping opening, side extraction inlet and integrated cartridge filtration. Mounting details are adapted to the receiving vessel.
Customized stations for manual bag emptying and combined bulk bag unloading, with integrated cartridge dust collection to capture dust generated during powder handling.
Installed on top of a powder silo or receiving bin for manual bag emptying. Material falls through the support grate into the vessel below, while side extraction captures airborne dust through an integrated cartridge filter system.

Combustible powders: Explosion protection provisions are selected according to the powder characteristics, dust hazard assessment and applicable project requirements. Suitable protective devices and components can be incorporated where required.
A single manual bag dumping position with a conical receiving hopper and integrated cartridge dust collection. During manual bag emptying, dust-laden air is drawn through the slotted side extraction panel into the cartridge filter chamber behind it, while the bulk material falls into the conical hopper. The hopper outlet connects to downstream conveying or process equipment.

Combines top loading for bulk bags with a side opening for manual small-bag emptying. As a bulk bag is lowered into position, fixed slitting blades open the bag bottom for gravity discharge into the receiving hopper. A cartridge dust collector mounted on the right side of the receiving chamber captures dust generated during unloading and manual bag dumping.

Project configuration: Bag dimensions, powder flow characteristics, available compressed air and unloading layout are considered when selecting the arm arrangement and operating cycle. Materials and controls are specified for the project.
Tell us about your powder, bag sizes and installation. We can help confirm a suitable station configuration and adapt the equipment to your process.
Model identification: EHBDS-S, EHBDS-D, EHBDS-H and EHBDS-C identify station configuration types; EHBBM identifies the pneumatic bulk bag massager. Dimensions and technical specifications are confirmed for each project. If you are unsure which type to choose, send us your requirements or a sketch.
