1.1. Product design: The DHC-YT is an all-in-one vertical cartridge dust collector designed for industrial dry dust collection applications, integrating the main filtration and related operating components into one equipment configuration.

1.2. Cartridge installation: The filter cartridges are vertically installed with side access and secured by a clamp and pressure-rod structure, allowing convenient replacement without requiring top-access maintenance.

1.3. Space-saving structure: Side-access cartridge replacement reduces the required overhead maintenance space and makes the DHC-YT suitable for many indoor industrial installations.

1.4. Filter cartridge sizes: Standard cartridge diameter is approximately Ø324 mm, with common lengths of 660 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm. Cartridge size and quantity can be selected according to the required airflow and filtration area.

1.5. Pulse-jet cleaning: The filter cartridges are automatically cleaned by compressed-air pulses to remove accumulated dust from the filter surface during operation.

1.6. All-in-one construction: The DHC-YT can integrate cartridge filtration, fan and electrical/control components into one equipment configuration, helping simplify installation and operation.

1.7. Vertical cartridge arrangement: Vertical filter cartridges help dust released during pulse cleaning fall toward the hopper and reduce dust accumulation on the upper surfaces of the filter elements.

1.8. Filter media options: Different filter cartridge media can be selected according to dust characteristics and operating requirements, including cellulose-based and polyester filter media.

1.9. Engineering support: Equipment dimensions, cartridge quantity and airflow configuration can be selected according to confirmed operating requirements and available installation space. Installation guidance can also be provided.

1.10. International transportation: The integrated equipment structure is designed with overseas transportation and installation requirements in mind, helping simplify containerized shipping and on-site installation.
