Lead acid wastewater purification system

1. A lot of lead-acid wastewater will be produced in the production process of lead-acid battery. If it is not treated, it will pollute the soil.

2. First of all, the whole plant is laid with pipelines underground to collect and summarize the wastewatergenerated in each production link.

3. The collected wastewater enters into the sewage treatment station for centralized treatment by adding chemicals and then discharged after reaching the standard.

4. Enter the waste water tank of the sewagestation, adjust the pH value, add chemicals, and enter the inclined tube precipitator.

5. The water discharged from the inclined tube precipitator is filtered by sand filter and activated carbon filter.

6. The filtered water enters the RO reverseosmosis reclaimed water reuse system, and the treated water reaches the biological standard of fish culture.
