1.1 Product Name: EHWD-B Large Airflow Wet Dust Collector with Flat Bottom Sludge Collection. Airflow capacity: 2,500-40,000 m³/h.

1.2 Sludge Removal: The collector uses a flat-bottom water tank, and settled sludge is removed manually during scheduled maintenance.

1.3 Structural Design: The EHWD-B does not use a conical hopper or chain scraper system, helping reduce overall equipment height and simplify the bottom structure.

1.4 Equipment Materials: Carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment, SUS304 stainless steel or SUS316L stainless steel can be selected according to operating conditions.

1.5 Key components include the internal wet collection section and liquid-level-controlled water tank. SUS304 stainless steel or higher-grade corrosion-resistant material is recommended for critical wetted components.
