EHWD-DFH is a large-airflow wet dust collector combining wet collection with downstream G3/G4 pre-filtration, F9 medium-efficiency filtration and HEPA final filtration.

The wet stage removes the main particulate load before the airflow passes through the downstream dry filtration stages for progressively finer particle removal.

Standard airflow capacity ranges from approximately 2,500 to 50,000 m³/h, subject to the selected model and project requirements.

Equipment can be manufactured in corrosion-protected carbon steel, SUS304 stainless steel or SUS316L stainless steel according to process conditions.

The vertically integrated wet and dry filtration sections provide multi-stage purification while making efficient use of installation space.

EHWD-DFH Wet Dust Collection and HEPA Filtration System

High-velocity gas-liquid contact and controlled water turbulence capture dust in the wet stage before the airflow enters the downstream G3/G4, F9 and HEPA filtration sections.

Smaller EHWD-DFH models use a single-turbine wave-generating structure, while larger models use a twin-turbine arrangement to support higher airflow requirements.

The wet collection stage uses internal water circulation and does not require spray nozzles in the main collection section.

Typical applications include steel processing, material conveying, crushing, screening, quarrying and other industrial processes involving high dust loading, heat, moisture or difficult dust conditions.

No filter cartridges or filter bags are used in the wet stage, helping reduce blockage risk, while the vertically integrated downstream filtration section reduces the required floor space.
