1.4. The welding booth roof and supporting steel structure must be designed with sufficient load-bearing capacity for the roof-mounted dust collector and associated operating loads.
1.5. One robotic welding booth can be equipped with one independent dust collector, providing a compact local extraction solution without requiring a long centralized duct network.
1.6. Multiple robotic welding booths can each use an independent roof-mounted dust collector, allowing individual welding cells to operate with separate extraction and filtration.
1.7. The welding booth helps contain welding fumes within a controlled extraction area. Due to the thermal plume generated during welding, fumes generally move upward, making upper-level extraction suitable for this type of enclosed robotic welding application.
1.8. For production areas with a larger number of robotic welding cells, either multiple independent roof-mounted units or a centralized dust collection system can be considered according to simultaneous operation, total required airflow and site layout.
1.9. Equipment drawings and interface information can be provided according to the selected dust collector model to support integration with the customer's welding booth and production equipment.
1.10. The compact integrated structure is suitable for overseas projects and can help reduce long duct runs and simplify equipment installation where site conditions allow.
