Description
   The DHC series is a dry-type modular dust collector using vertically installed pleated filter cartridges. Compressed-air pulse cleaning is used to remove accumulated dust from the cartridge surface, and cleaning can be controlled by preset timing or differential-pressure-based logic according to the selected control configuration.

   The modular structure allows standard collector sections to be combined according to the required airflow and filtration area. This makes the DHC series suitable for both smaller individual dust collection points and larger centralized dust collection systems.

   Three filtration configurations are available: primary cartridge filtration, cartridge + HEPA secondary filtration, and cartridge + HEPA + activated carbon tertiary filtration. HEPA performance refers to the selected HEPA filter grade; overall system emissions depend on the complete equipment configuration, operating conditions and application.

Applications of the Cartridge Dust Collector
   The DHC series is designed to separate dry particulate matter from industrial exhaust air. Proper collector sizing depends on airflow, dust concentration, particle size, density, moisture, stickiness, filter media and the required air-to-media ratio.

   The dust collector and fan should be selected as a coordinated system. An unsuitable combination of airflow, fan pressure and filtration area can cause rapid differential-pressure increase, unstable suction performance and shortened filter life.
