1.1. This self-contained polishing downdraft table integrates the workbench, fan, cartridge filtration system, pulse jet cleaning components, electrical controls and dust collection section into one compact machine.

1.2. It is designed for manual grinding and polishing applications where dust needs to be captured directly at the workstation without connection to a separate centralized dust collection system.

1.3. Available airflow configurations include approximately 2,000, 2,500 and 4,000 m³/h. The suitable model is selected according to the workbench size, dust characteristics and required extraction airflow.

1.4. The standard filtration configuration uses Ø352 × 660 mm cartridge filters installed inside the lower filtration section of the workbench. Filter quantity is selected according to the model and required airflow.

1.5. The work surface and supporting structure can be configured according to the size and weight of the workpiece to provide suitable load-bearing capacity for the application.

1.6. Different workbench widths and filter quantities are available for applications requiring larger working areas or higher extraction capacity.

1.7. Cartridge filter media can be selected according to the dust characteristics and operating conditions, including suitable flame-retardant media for applicable dry grinding and polishing processes.

1.8. The downdraft work surface captures dust close to the source and directs contaminated air into the integrated filtration section below the working area.

1.9. Automatic pulse jet cleaning uses compressed air to remove accumulated dust from the cartridge filters and support stable filtration during operation.

1.10. The machine can be manufactured from surface-treated carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L according to the process, dust characteristics and environmental requirements.
