1.There are currently two types of concentrated sulfuric acid dilution devices: semi-automatic dilution devices and fully automatic dilution devices.
2.The mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and water generates heat, and the high-temperature mixed acid and cooling water flow rapidly on the inner and outer walls of the capillary tube of the heat exchanger for heat exchange, ultimately obtaining cooling.
3.The system capacity is directly affected by the area of the heat exchanger, the temperature of the cooling water, and the ambient temperature.
4.The temperature of the finished dilute sulfuric acid is usually higher than the temperature of the cooling water and higher than the ambient temperature.
5.If it is necessary to obtain dilute sulfuric acid below the ambient temperature, then the system needs to be equipped with insulation devices and use a chiller to produce ice water as cooling circulating water in order to obtain it.
6.Our concentrated sulfuric acid dilution system supports the addition of chemical formula materials other than water and concentrated acid during the dilution process.

A Type: Semi automatic concentrated sulfuric acid dilution device (requires manual cooperation)：

Manual operation to test concentration or density. When the dilution of concentrated sulfuric acid starts, first open the heat exchange circulation system, inject cooling circulating water, and the pump valve starts working. The buyer calculates how much water and concentrated sulfuric acid need to be added based on the density or concentration of the dilute sulfuric acid that needs to be configured, referring to the density concentration temperature conversion table for sulfuric acid dilution. Water can be injected at once, while concentrated sulfuric acid can be injected multiple times. When the temperature, concentration, density, and volume reach the set target values, the dilution work is completed. Output qualified dilute sulfuric acid through a pump to a storage tank for backup.

B Type: Fully automatic concentrated sulfuric acid dilution system

Installed an online density meter with temperature compensation function, which can automatically convert to concentration or density corresponding to different temperatures. Therefore, our densitometer includes a concentration function. Through PLC programming, the touch screen intuitively displays a human-machine dialogue box. After entering parameters such as concentration or density, temperature, volume, etc., the device starts with one click and runs automatically until qualified finished dilute sulfuric acid is prepared.
If the required concentration or density is a fixed one or several, then simply set the parameter values and save them when starting up for the first time. Next time, with just one click, the device can automatically complete the dilution work.
