DHC-C-Hepa Cartridge Dust Collector with Activated Carbon and HEPA
1. Product series: Vertical cartridge dust collector with integrated activated carbon adsorption and HEPA final filtration.
2. Filtration system: Pulse-cleaned filter cartridges + activated carbon + HEPA filter.
3. Cleaning method: Automatic pulse-jet cleaning of the primary filter cartridges using compressed air.
4. Functional feature: Collects industrial dry dust while activated carbon helps adsorb low-concentration VOCs and odors, followed by HEPA final particulate filtration.
5. Application: Suitable for dry industrial dust applications with low concentrations of VOCs or odors, without significant oil or moisture.
1.1. Product design: The DHC-C-Hepa is a vertical cartridge dust collector combining primary cartridge filtration, activated carbon adsorption and HEPA final filtration in one modular dust collection system.
1.2. Cartridge installation: The primary filter cartridges are vertically installed with side access and secured by a clamp and pressure-rod structure, allowing convenient replacement without requiring top-access maintenance.
1.3. Multi-stage filtration: The filter cartridges first remove industrial dust, activated carbon then helps adsorb low-concentration VOCs and odors, and the downstream HEPA filter provides final high-efficiency particulate filtration.
1.4. Filter cartridge sizes: Standard cartridge diameter is approximately Ø324 mm, with common lengths of 1000 mm, 1200 mm and 1500 mm. Cartridge quantity and length can be selected according to airflow and filtration requirements.
1.5. Pulse-jet cleaning: The primary filter cartridges are automatically cleaned by compressed-air pulses to remove accumulated dust from the filter surface during operation.
1.6. Modular construction: Multiple filtration modules can be combined according to the required airflow, dust load and treatment requirements.
1.7. Activated carbon adsorption: The activated carbon stage is intended for low-concentration gaseous contaminants such as certain VOCs and odors. Carbon quantity and replacement frequency depend on contaminant type, concentration, airflow and operating time.
1.8. HEPA final filtration: The HEPA stage provides high-efficiency final filtration of fine particulate matter downstream of the cartridge and activated carbon sections.
1.9. Engineering support: Equipment dimensions, cartridge quantity, activated carbon modules and HEPA configuration can be selected according to confirmed operating requirements and available installation space.
1.10. International transportation: The modular structure is designed with overseas transportation and installation requirements in mind, helping simplify containerized shipping and on-site assembly.
