1.6 Working Principle: Dust-laden air enters the internal wet collection section, where controlled gas-liquid interaction transfers particulate matter into the water before the cleaned airflow leaves the collector.

1.7 EHWD-6C and smaller models use a single-sided internal gas-liquid contact section suitable for lower airflow configurations.

1.8 EHWD-8C and larger models use a double-sided internal gas-liquid contact section designed for higher airflow capacity.

1.9 Applications include foundry sand conveying, sandblasting, shot blasting, crushing, grinding and other industrial processes involving medium or high dust concentrations and continuous sludge generation.

1.10 Advantages include automatic chain scraper sludge discharge, no spray nozzles or recirculation water pump in the main wet collection section, reduced blockage risk, compact footprint and suitability for large-airflow industrial dust collection.
