1.1 The wet scrubber is designed for high temperature metal fumes and lead fume treatment applications. The inclined plate sedimentation tank at the bottom improves sludge separation and particle collection. Airflow capacity: 1000-100000 CMH.

1.2 The lower section works as a water tank, the middle section contains packing media, and spray devices are installed above the packing layer to improve gas-liquid contact.

1.3 The gas passes through the scrubbing section and enters the demister section, where water droplets are separated before treated air discharge.

1.4 The wet scrubbing process captures metal fumes, dust particles and gaseous contaminants through liquid contact and filtration.

1.5 Water or chemical scrubbing solutions can be selected according to the characteristics of target pollutants and treatment requirements.

1.6 The packing layer can be manufactured with ceramic, stainless steel or plastic packing materials according to different application requirements.

1.7 Activated carbon filler layers can be added for additional adsorption of VOCs and odors when required.

1.8 Optional monitoring instruments can be configured according to process requirements for checking scrubbing liquid conditions.
