1.1. Product type: Mobile industrial vacuum cleaner designed for factory floor cleaning, local dust collection and industrial housekeeping applications.

1.2. Rated airflow: approximately 500 m³/h, with vacuum pressure up to approximately -30 kPa.

1.3. The unit is equipped with a 5.5 kW high-pressure regenerative turbine blower to provide strong suction performance for industrial dust and particulate collection.

1.4. PLC and touch screen control provide digital operation, equipment monitoring and convenient adjustment of operating functions.

1.5. The filtration system uses a polyester filter cartridge with PTFE coating, suitable for collecting dry industrial dust under appropriate operating conditions.

1.6. The standard filter configuration uses one approximately 350 × 660 mm cartridge with a filtration area of approximately 9–10 m².

1.7. Automatic pulse jet cleaning uses compressed air to remove accumulated dust from the filter cartridge and help restore filtration performance.

1.8. A compact air compressor can be integrated inside the machine housing to provide compressed air for the pulse cleaning system.

1.9. The vacuum connection can be equipped with a DN50 industrial suction hose, floor nozzle and suitable accessories according to the cleaning application.

1.10. Typical applications include factory floor cleaning, production area housekeeping, collection of settled dust and localized industrial dust removal where a mobile high-vacuum unit is required.
