1.1. This mobile welding fume extractor is designed for manual welding applications, with available airflow configurations of approximately 1,000-2,500 m³/h.

1.2. The unit integrates the fan, cartridge filtration section, electrical controls, dust collection section and flexible extraction arm into one compact mobile machine.

1.3. It is suitable for welding areas where workstations change frequently, where only a small number of operators require extraction, or where a centralized duct system is not practical.

1.4. Single-arm models are typically configured for one welding operator. A cartridge filter with flame-retardant filter media can be selected according to the welding fume characteristics and operating requirements.

1.5. Dual-arm models can be configured with two extraction arms and additional filtration capacity, allowing two nearby welding positions to use one mobile unit.

1.6. Extraction arms are available in different lengths, typically including 1.5 m, 2 m and 3 m configurations. The articulated arm and capture hood can be repositioned close to the welding point as the operator moves.

1.7. The mobile unit can integrate the fan, filter cartridge, pulse jet cleaning components, electrical controls, extraction arm and dust collection container into one compact structure.

1.8. Differential pressure indication and automatic pulse jet cleaning can be provided according to the selected configuration, helping maintain filter performance during operation.

1.9. The extractor is mounted on casters so it can be moved between nearby welding stations and positioned close to the work area when required.

1.10. Equipment configuration can be selected according to the number of operators, welding process, required airflow and actual working conditions.
