1.1 The Venturi wet scrubber tower combines a Venturi jet section and a vertical scrubbing tower structure. A demister is installed inside the tower for water droplet separation. Airflow capacity: 1000-50000 CMH.

1.2 A high-pressure water pump atomizes the scrubbing liquid inside the Venturi jet pipe, creating intensive gas-liquid contact for capturing smoke, dust and gaseous contaminants.

1.3 After passing through the Venturi section, the gas enters the tower body and flows through the demisting section for further separation of entrained droplets.

1.4 The Venturi section provides high-speed inertial collision between gas and liquid droplets, improving gas-liquid mass transfer and pollutant removal performance.

1.5 Water or chemical scrubbing solutions can be selected according to the characteristics of target gases and treatment requirements.
