High Power Laser Cutting Dust Collector
1. Application: Designed for dust and fume collection from high power laser cutting processes.
2. Available airflow range: 7,000-100,000 m³/h, with the actual airflow selected according to the application requirements.
3. Filter media: Cartridge filters for efficient collection of dry particulate generated during laser cutting.
4. Cleaning method: Pulse jet cleaning using compressed air.
5. Structural design: Modular configurations are available to facilitate containerized international transportation.
6. Suitable for dry dust applications without significant oil or moisture. Additional safety measures may be required depending on the material being cut and the dust characteristics.
1.1. This cartridge dust collector is designed for dust and fume collection from high power laser cutting processes, with available airflow configurations from 7,000 to 100,000 m³/h.
1.2. As laser cutting power increases, particularly for systems of 10 kW and above, cutting thicker metal plates can generate significantly higher volumes of fine particulate and fumes.
1.3. For applications requiring higher extraction airflow, compact small-capacity dust collectors may not provide sufficient capacity for effective dust and fume collection.
1.4. Larger cartridge dust collectors can be configured according to the required airflow, filtration area, dust characteristics and operating conditions.
1.5. Depending on the application, horizontal or vertical cartridge configurations can be selected to meet different filtration, maintenance and installation requirements.
1.6. Laser cutting may generate sparks and hot particles. Depending on the material being cut and the application conditions, a suitable spark arresting or pre-separation device may be recommended upstream of the dust collector.
1.7. The filter cartridges are cleaned automatically by pulse jet compressed air. The required compressed air pressure and cleaning settings are selected according to the dust collector configuration and operating conditions.
1.8. According to the required airflow and site conditions, the system can use multiple modular dust collector units or a larger centralized dust collector configuration.
1.9. Equipment dimensions and modular configurations can be adapted to project requirements and available installation space. Installation drawings and equipment installation guidance can be provided.
1.10. The equipment can be designed in modular sections suitable for containerized international transportation, helping simplify overseas shipment and on-site assembly.
