1.1. The EHI all-in-one cartridge dust collector is designed for dust and fume collection from laser cutting processes, with available airflow configurations from 1,000 to 6,000 m³/h.

1.2. The horizontally installed filter cartridges are approximately Ø350 × 660 mm. Different filter media can be selected according to the dust characteristics and application requirements.

1.3. The horizontal cartridge arrangement provides convenient access for inspection and filter replacement while maintaining a compact equipment structure.

1.4. Automatic pulse jet cleaning uses clean, dry compressed air. Typical operating pressure is approximately 4-6 bar, with the final setting determined according to the equipment configuration.

1.5. Laser cutting may generate sparks and hot particles. A baffle-type spark arresting section can be integrated to help reduce the risk of sparks reaching the filter cartridges. Additional protection may be required depending on the material and application conditions.

1.6. The fan, electrical control components and cartridge dust collector are integrated into one compact unit, reducing on-site assembly work compared with separately installed components.

1.7. After positioning the equipment, the dust extraction duct can be connected to the inlet and the required electrical and compressed air connections can be completed according to the supplied installation instructions.

1.8. The compact all-in-one design allows the dust collector to be installed close to the laser cutting machine where site conditions permit. The final exhaust arrangement should comply with applicable local requirements and the characteristics of the collected dust and fumes.

1.9. Equipment drawings can be prepared according to the selected model and available installation space. Installation guidance and technical support are available for overseas projects.

1.10. The compact and modular equipment structure is designed with international transportation in mind, helping simplify containerized shipment and on-site installation.
