After the organic chemical waste liquid is burned by the burner in the RTO device, valuable metal dust such as cobalt oxide is produced, and the temperature is as high as 700 ℃. The dust is cooled to about 230 ℃ by the rapid cooling tower. The dust is collected by the high temperature bag filter, realizing the resource recovery value of turning waste into treasure.
