1. The EHWD-B is a large-airflow wet dust collector designed with a simple flat-bottom water tank for industrial dust collection applications.

2. Dust-laden air enters the wet collection section, where intensive gas-liquid contact transfers particulate matter into the water while the cleaned airflow continues through the collector.

3. Collected sludge settles at the bottom of the water tank and is removed manually, making the EHWD-B suitable for applications with relatively low sludge generation.

1.1 Product Name: EHWD-B Large Airflow Wet Dust Collector with Flat Bottom Sludge Collection. Airflow capacity: 2,500-40,000 m³/h.

1.2 Sludge Removal: The collector uses a flat-bottom water tank, and settled sludge is removed manually during scheduled maintenance.

1.3 Structural Design: The EHWD-B does not use a conical hopper or chain scraper system, helping reduce overall equipment height and simplify the bottom structure.

1.4 Equipment Materials: Carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment, SUS304 stainless steel or SUS316L stainless steel can be selected according to operating conditions.

1.5 Key components include the internal wet collection section and liquid-level-controlled water tank. SUS304 stainless steel or higher-grade corrosion-resistant material is recommended for critical wetted components.

1.6 Working Principle: Dust-laden air enters the internal wet collection section, where controlled gas-liquid interaction transfers particulate matter into the water before the cleaned airflow leaves the collector.

1.7 Single-Sided Configuration: On single-sided models, one side of the bottom water tank can be inclined to make manual sludge removal more convenient.

1.8 Double-Sided Configuration: On double-sided models, the water tank is normally drained before accumulated sludge is removed manually.
