RO Reverse Osmosis Device for Producing Pure Water

1. Using reverse osmosis membrane technology as the core component, the system can produce purified water according to different water quality requirements. It is widely used for industrial process water and pure water production.

2. Reverse osmosis is a water purification process that separates water from dissolved substances through a semi-permeable membrane under applied pressure.

3. The reverse osmosis pure water system adopts different treatment processes according to different raw water quality conditions and application requirements.

4. By applying pressure higher than natural osmotic pressure, reverse osmosis allows water molecules to pass through the membrane while dissolved salts and impurities are retained and removed.

5. Modular manufacturing and assembly allow flexible transportation and installation according to container dimensions and project requirements.

1.6 Water molecules in the raw water pass through the reverse osmosis membrane and become purified water, while dissolved salts, colloids, organic substances, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities are retained and discharged through the wastewater outlet.

1.7 After treatment by a primary reverse osmosis system, the conductivity of the produced water is generally less than 10 μS/cm. After passing through a secondary reverse osmosis system, the conductivity can be reduced to less than 5 μS/cm or lower depending on system design.

1.8 With the assistance of ion exchange equipment or EDI equipment after the reverse osmosis system, ultrapure water can be produced with a resistivity of up to 18 megohm-cm according to application requirements.
