1.1. This fixed polishing booth is designed for grinding and polishing applications where airborne dust is generated over a relatively large working area and conventional point extraction is difficult to arrange.

1.2. The booth provides a defined working enclosure that helps contain dust generated during polishing and limits its migration into the surrounding workshop.

1.3. The dust collection section is arranged along one side of the booth, allowing contaminated air to be extracted directly from the polishing area without requiring long extraction ducts inside the workstation.

1.4. The fixed side walls and enclosure structure are suitable for production areas where the workpiece dimensions and operating layout are relatively stable and a telescopic booth structure is not required.

1.5. Booth dimensions and extraction airflow are configured according to the workpiece size, polishing process, working area and dust characteristics.

1.6. During manual polishing, the operator works inside the booth while the extraction section continuously removes airborne dust from the controlled working area.

1.7. The fixed booth configuration can also be used for robotic grinding or polishing applications where the robot and workpiece operate within a defined production area.

1.8. Localized extraction around the polishing process can reduce the amount of surrounding workshop air that must be handled compared with general ventilation of a much larger production area.

1.9. Filter media, dust collector configuration and optional final filtration can be selected according to the collected dust, operating conditions and project requirements.
