1.1. The baffle-type spark arrestor is installed in the main exhaust duct upstream of the dust collector to help capture sparks and hot particles before they reach the filter system.
1.2. Internal labyrinth baffles repeatedly change the airflow direction and promote particle collision and separation, helping reduce the number and energy of sparks and hot particles entering the downstream dust collector.
1.3. It is suitable for processes that may generate sparks or hot particles, including laser cutting, robotic welding, metal cutting and grinding.
1.4. Sparks and hot particles generated by industrial processes may travel through the exhaust duct toward the dust collector.
1.5. Installing a spark arrestor upstream can help reduce excessive hot-particle exposure to downstream filter bags and filter cartridges.
