1.1 Product Name: EHDFP Large Airflow Horizontal Cartridge Dust Collector with Modular Design. Airflow capacity: 1,000-500,000 m³/h.

1.2 Cartridge Installation: Filter cartridges are installed horizontally and inserted from the side of the collector for convenient maintenance and replacement.

1.3 Side Access Design: Cartridge replacement does not require additional service space above the collector, making the horizontal arrangement suitable for indoor installations and projects with limited overhead space.

1.4 Filter Cartridge Size: The standard configuration uses 350 x 660 mm filter cartridges. Other configurations can be evaluated according to project requirements.

1.5 Pulse Jet Cleaning: Compressed air pulse cleaning removes accumulated dust from the cartridge surface to maintain stable filtration performance and operating resistance.

1.6 Modular Design: Independent filtration modules can be combined according to the required airflow and filtration area, allowing the dust collection system to be expanded for large industrial applications.

1.7 Flexible Configuration: Different ash hoppers, dust discharge devices, fans, pulse cleaning systems and maintenance accessories can be selected according to project requirements.

1.8 Application Consideration: For very high inlet dust concentrations, a cyclone or other suitable pre-separation device can be considered to reduce the dust load entering the cartridge filtration section.
