1.1. This explosion-proof baghouse dust collector is designed for industrial applications involving combustible dust where additional explosion protection measures are required.

1.2. Filter bags can be supplied with flame-retardant and antistatic materials. Conductive components can be bonded and grounded to help control static charge accumulation.

1.3. The fan can be configured with an explosion-proof motor and suitable spark-resistant construction according to the application and hazardous area requirements.

1.4. Pulse cleaning components, including pulse valves and electrical control components, can be selected in explosion-protected configurations where required.

1.5. Explosion relief panels or flameless venting devices can be installed on the dust collector housing according to the dust properties, installation location and explosion protection requirements.
